Beech Mountain Club Access
Some of our properties offer access to the private Beech Mountain Club. This amenity is property-specific, so please filter your search by selecting “Beech Mountain Club Eligibility” to view homes that qualify.
Membership Transfer Program
Eligible properties allow rental guests to transfer the homeowner’s membership for a fee. Once transferred, guests can enjoy select Club amenities during their stay.
Winter Amenities
During the winter season, Club amenities are limited but extremely valuable—especially on busy weekends and holidays. Winter access includes:
- Private parking above Parking Lot 1 at the ski resort
- Club Ski Lodge & Restaurant above Parking Lot 1 at the ski resort
- Fitness Center
Summer Amenities
In summer months, additional amenities may be offered, such as:
- Golf
- Tennis
- Swimming pool
- Additional recreational facilities
Transfer Fee
- The transfer fee is $300.
- The Club bills for a full month regardless of the number of days used.
- This fee is paid directly by the guest, not by the homeowner or lodging department.
How the Transfer Works for Guests
If your rental property is eligible for Beech Mountain Club access, you may request to transfer the homeowner’s membership for the duration of your stay. Here’s what to expect:
- You’ll receive a Sponsored Guest Application from our lodging team.
- These forms must be completed and submitted at least 7 days prior to check-in during the winter season.
- Once submitted, we will forward your application to the Club for approval.
- After receiving your application, the Club will contact you directly to collect payment for the $300 transfer fee.
- After payment is processed, the Club will issue your Sponsored Guest Card, giving you access to Club amenities during your stay.
- All Club charges (dining, fitness, amenities, etc.) will be billed directly to your own temporary Club account, not the homeowner.
- Access automatically ends at checkout, and the homeowner’s membership is fully restored.
How to Request a Transfer
If you’re interested in adding Club access to your reservation, email us at [email protected]. We’ll send you the application and fee schedule. Once you return the completed application, we’ll forward it to the Club for approval and processing.
